Motive Graphic Studio is a lively and comfortable space where productivity is optimized though the use of a functional layout and creative design elements. Corporate design trends were utilized in order to provide a space where employees can work with efficiency, comfort and a positive state-of-mind.  Collaborative spaces to encourage the flow if information, increase mobility and increase productivity and teamwork are provided throughout the space, while enclosed private/quiet zones allow for individual breakout, acoustical privacy and personal well-being. Therefore, this design accommodates all human behaviours in the workplace, from introverts who prefer privacy and individual work, to extroverts who prefer collaborative teamwork and open spaces.

Sustainability is also a focus in the design of Motive Graphic Studio, where recycled/recyclable, low-emitting materials are used. Each piece of furniture was selected not only due to its functionality and design, but according its sustainability and effect on the environment. Materials such as paint and flooring contain low to no VOCs while being recycled/recyclable.

The light fixtures throughout the space not only provides a well lit environment, but is also all LED, helping with energy cost savings with a focus on the well-being of the occupants. With the requirement for a bright and open space, natural light is utilized buy locating all of the work spaces beside the large exterior windows, allowing as much natural light as possible.

The overall design of Motive Graphic Studio’s office, from the layout of spaces to the selected finishes and materials, revolves around the company’s brand identity. Fresh, modern, clean and functional.
