I am an award winning honors graduate with 3+ years experience in the Interior Design field. My experience has strengthened my superior organization and multi-tasking talents; disciplined eye for detail and interpersonal skills.

I am highly proficient with industry-standard software including Autodesk AutoCAD and 3ds Max, Adobe Photoshop, Trimble SketchUp, along with V-Ray for SketchUp and Corona Renderer for 3ds Max, making me a knowledgeable asset when it comes to providing quality graphics and design.

I have gained much of my experience in a small interior design firm where I took on the responsibility of handling my own clients as well as creating drawings packages and 3D graphics for my fellow designers. This taught me not only how to deal with clients of all sorts, but also how to manage the stress of a high work load in professional and collaborative ways. Here I also learned that I have a strong interest and talent in the graphic side of design. I find joy in bringing a space to life through 3D modelling and rendering, where there is so much flexibility to see what works and what does not. I have spent many hours learning ways to become more efficient so that the 3D design aspect can be utilized from the beginning of the design process while still working within time restrictions - I believe there is always a way. Renderings make things even more exciting for the client when they are able to fully visualize the potential of their space instead of trying to imagine it through floor plans and mood boards, which also makes for smoother revisions and project execution.

From here I moved to a more graphic focused position where I expanded my skills and became very familiar with 3ds Max. Whether it is creating visually pleasing, easy to read presentations, or creating photo-realistic, large scale interior and exterior renderings, my skills in graphic design have grown exponentially.

My goal as a designer is to bring comfort, function and style to enhance the life of my client. I aim to be in a position where I can continue to develop my design style, gain experience working with a variety of people and continue utilize my skills and love for creating beautiful graphics.
