DESIGN CONCEPT


GOALS:

  • TO DESIGN A RETAIL ENVIRONMENT THAT IS JUST AS FUNCTIONAL AS IT IS VISUALLY APPEALING

  • TO FULFIL THE REQUIREMENTS PROVIDED BY THE CLIENT,  SATISFYING THE PRIMARY AND SECONDARY LEVEL FUNCTIONS

  • TO CREATE AN OPEN FEELING IN A SMALL SPACE

 

SOLUTIONS:

  • APPLYING APPROPRIATE DESIGN STRATEGIES WHILE CONSIDERING CUSTOMERS STYLE DESIRES AND IDEAS. THE DIFFERENT AREAS OF ART BLVD. WILL BE LAYED OUT IN AN ORGANIZED WAY THAT CREATES FLOW, GUIDING THE CUSTOMER THROUGH THE SPACE WITH EASE.

  • FOCUSSING ON THE MANDATORY ADJACENCIES AND MAKING SURE THAT THE NECESSARY FIXTURES, FURNITURE AND EQUIPMENT ARE PROVIDED IN A SPACE CONSCIOUS MATTER WILL ENSURE THAT THE CLIENT'S NEEDS ARE MET.

  • PROVIDING AN OPEN FEELING BY USING LARGE STOREFRONT WINDOWS. THE WHITE WALL AND CEILING FINISHES WILL MAKE THE WALLS SEEM FURTHER IN DISTANCE, LEAVING THE ILLUSION THAT THE SPACE IS LARGER THAN IT REALLY IS.
